我今年从护士加速班毕业,现在在当地排名第二的医院的Cardiac PCU工作, nursing:
Pt=1:4, Day/evening shift。The hospital is about 15 minutes drive from my
house. I am still in the orientation, but will be off it pretty soon.
Now I get another interview opportunity from the No. 1 hospital in the city.
It is an intermidiate care unit, nursing: pt=1:2, but NIGHT shift (3/week).
The pt population includes chronically ventilated patient and those who

having vent beds. You are a relatively new nurse, so do not burn yourself
out by working at two hospitals.
As a nurse, Easiness of working depends on who you work with,not what you
actually do in your job. If you find you already bond with your coworkers,
do not jump the boat.
No matter whether you go to a graduate school, the first thing you need is

status isn't an issue for me which I guess made some difference.
