当时不知道行情，不过3月后就知道了。配的低的地方好进，有了经验马上走人。如果
是中国病人多，中国护士多，主管是中国人那就配的低，千万别去。去中国护士少的地
方，他们会很优待你。如果你和中介签合同，钱配的少，在工作中也会受欺负，我所见
到的让你在不同的楼层呆，哪儿缺人就去哪儿，工作会很累的。

发帖数: 883 | 9 刚刚飞回South Dakota,还在等他们的消息，鬼知道要不要我。
而且面试的第一家不是很有心去，要我一个人cover一个facility，害怕！
面试也是很不正式，像拉家常。。。
因为知道他们同一个公司底下有不同的facility，就去附近的另外一个，直接上门找
Don了。
觉得那一个就好些，至少上班的时候至少有两个护士，而且DON说一定会给长些时间培
训新人。倒是很想去她那，但是只有on-call的位置
我也说有意去，回来给她发了Thank you letter。
总的感觉，如果没有选择的XDJM，如果要去Nursing home 之类，一定要看看facility
，要知道nursing home can be nusty. 上门找人直接问真的有效。大不了，别人冷落
你，但是我的经历是还没有人不见我的，见了就有直观的效果，对你了解他们有好处（
如果是那种有尿臭味的facility，我肯定不肯去，哪个地方肯定不是个好地方），同时
别人也对你印像。

发帖数: 883 | 10 最好在对岸的温哥华工作，去portland消费，这样没有income tax，又不用付consumer
