I had an argument with my former landlord. I paid $550 as the deposit to him
before I lived. When I moved out on Apr 30th, he only gave me bak $175. His
reason is that his electricity bill was very high when I lived there. He
attributed the high bill to my laptop, light, cooking, hot water because all
of the ulitility come from electricity in his appartmemnt. At the same time
, he showed an electricity bill for two months which is more than $200. I
