发帖数: 218 | 1 大家来分享一下自己在工作中遇到很难缠的病人和家属时，如何还能保持有理有据有节。
我觉得中国护士其实在业务方面和其它国家的护士相比，不在话下。可是就是在跟病人
，家属沟通的时候，常常很委屈。话说得不好了，马上被Manager/charge nurse 叫出
去谈话，好话说得太多，倒霉的是你自己。
我以前的经历就是，2个极端，碰到mean的病人家属，我的个性就是士可杀不可辱，他
们太过分了，我会争辩，本来做护士就是伺候人的活，你生病了，照顾你是应该，但我
也不是把你当祖宗供者。然后就是被病人家属投诉。另一个极端，就是如果自己太软了
，病人家属就大小事情都按call light，然后你就光忙活这一个病人就够了。更加恨自
己的就是，不知道怎么说不。我好像从来就没能在这中间游刃有余过。
举些常见的病人家属的要求：
1. why you did not do xxxx? why it took you so long to be here? you don't
know my mom needs to be changed?
2. I need to talk to my doctor, can | b***2

省下后面半句吧。Just tell him leaving the unit put himself at great danger,
the reason that Doc put him there was because he needed continuous cardiac monitor.
Smoking? it will irritate his lung and heart and increase his risk of heart
attack.

对话还行，遇到这种挑刺的病人，就不行了。你是不是在美国军队干过，讲话听起来很
有威信，不容病人再反驳。这样的回答让病人会自觉无趣，就停止挑衅了。

我会提高音调瞪大眼睛重复"why I did not do xxx"?好像这个人问了一个很
rediculous
的问题.从语气上压倒对方,让人觉得你气势不弱.这个有时候管用,对方一下就客气
起来了.接下来就是具体问题具体分析了.比如说你另外其他病人紧急情况什么的.
change diaper这类的,你可以说这是不需要技术的活,现在我马上示范给你看.这样
等一下如果病人又wet而我又不能及时来的话,"you know how to help the patient".
不要说是帮你的忙要说是帮病人的忙,这样她就没话说了.
这个问题我会很明确地说"no'.不要说模棱两可的话想糊弄过去.因为是糊弄不过去的.
告诉她只有emergency或是病情有变你才能打电话.听听她为什么想talk to the MD,
也许你能回答她的问题也不一定.如果是早上,你还可以说医生随时会来耐心等待即可.
如果是晚上就说on-call doctor一般不知道你的病情,打了也没用.

you really have to. I start working at 7p, and this is the time family come
to visit patient. If I see lots of family there, I just wait until 8p or 9p
to see patient. I just say we change the assignment, now I am your nurse.
2. If patient is demanding, always go to the room late. At least 10 minutes
after they call. And then say I am sorry, I am sorry, I am busy in helping
another patient. Don't argue with patient. you w | s********0
