nursing home offers. also she applied for one hospital here but was
rejected due to her poor oral english (pick 6 out of 10.

nursing home挺好，发发药为主，有问题，打电话给MD,填好paperwork,别忘了copy of
DNR,DNI, 然后把病人转到医院ER就行了。
我LD在内窥镜室，这么轻松还抱怨，我都拿她没辙了。

发帖数: 1745 | 10 endoscopy clinic好处就是早去早走，周末节假日全部休息，哪天没排病人那天就也休
息。
没关系，几个月一过，你LD英语就不成问题了。到时候就可以跳槽了。
我LD可喜欢以后搞research coordinator/research nurse的工作啦，paper work为主
：）。轻松啊：）。

另外学校一年的OPT结束以后， 如果nursing home 愿意留的话， 就涉及要办H1对吧？
那么是不是必须要回学校读个本科文凭才可以？ |

J2's good for her. H1's good for me but bad for her.
anyway, she will be automatically layoff after her OPT's over. and then she
will go back to China to take a vacation for few months or even longer...

2.procedure room: help MD manipulate pt's belly, get biopsy, send biopsy to
lab guy.
3.recovery room: monitor pt.
do 1 and 3 in one day, do 2 in another day. alternating with each other.

found the job in nursing advance? I could not remember, but definitely found
this job on line. then had interview. they asked her to have ACLS
certificate ready before came to work.

发帖数: 286 | 27 Since you didn't get your degree here in US, you could try 1.find a free
clinic in your city and do volunteer RN there. 2.find a position in a
nursing home first. 3.convince them that u had 15years' experience in China
which will definitely help. go directly to nursing home HR to apply for it!!
