黑着脸“don't talk to me right now”，过后没敢再多问。
这次skill test有三个药，Laxis，Digoxin，Lopressor，都是很常见的药，考试时会
问关于药的问题，从drug book上摘了些主要消息，大家说应该重点看哪些？有个学生
被问道：digoxin toxicity时病人看上去是什么情况？Drug book上没找到这个。前辈
们帮我看看，在记这三个药时，重点在哪里？不想retake呀，这个skill test的retake
是一个月以后，如果不过的话，意味着这一个月里我不能给病人药。多谢先 | y**f

hypokalemia can cause Digoxin toxicity (heart beat very very slow, early
signs are anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.), check potassium level
before give Dig.
side effect(the common ones and serere ones)are important. how to assess
patient before give drug, (like, assess pulse before give Digoxin) and what
are the interventions include how to teach your patient.

发帖数: 17 | 4 Not--脸色是yellow--. Pt may have vision abnormalities,e.g. seeing greenish-
yellow halos or blurred vision. | l***g
发帖数: 77 | 5 Just learnt digoxin in pharm class.
side effects include: n/v,weakness, altered mental status, visual change
like green halos.
For lasix, make sure pt's bp is ok. Also low potassium level.
For lopressor, it's a beta-blocker, make sure the pt is not hypotension or
bradycardia. |
