我申请的RN-BSN，并且改变的VISA 从H4--F1.
在学校给我得转F1 的材料清单中包括一个，Visa change explanation letter
不知道这个要怎么准备，也不确定这个是学校要的还是要交移民局？以及写这个有什么
要注意
的？
2楼是我在网上找到的样本，不知道可否采用？
