information here?
The RN license is under the state, and RN interview is the face to face
interview normally. Does need transfer license first, or get offer first
and then transfer license?

transfer your license ( maybe not for some states), and get a temp
license(in one week for my case). They will use skype to interview you if
they have experience to recruit out-of-state RNs.
I only want to go to ICU, so the hospitals I applied are not very good, but
they need RN badly.

For me, Texas is easy to find a job. However, you need to consider the
hospital in the middle of nowhere .
One hospital offering me job is just 5 miles away from Mexico, and the
nearest big city need 5 hours driving. I almost went there.
