I am talking about just regular RN, is there any speciality pay higher money
? such as cardiac, dialysis, IV infusion, oncology, etc? or in order to make
more money, it is better to be in manager position?

think higher pay in RN usually comes from OT and holidays. Specialties in
general RN do not seem to make a huge difference in hourly pay. | N****5

less physically challenging? I am thinking if it is less stressful, it would
probably be easier to work more hours.

pain, discomfort, anxiety, and many other negative feelings a person might
experience.
Personal opinion, the first several years of nursing working experience
require a tremendous amount of energy - including both physically and
mentally. A good nurse needs to be very responsible forpatients, which means
, you will need to compromise sometimes. Maybe, working in physician's
office or working in school are less physically stressful, however both
requires many years of experience.
I really don't think there is any job in health care field can meet your

not easy,(everymonth only 1 shift to pick up); besides, manager and patients
(all female) are so picky on nurses, I seriously thinking about switching
to another unit....
