Beg for answers. I recently applied for visa screen and realized that I have
to mail out RN license (issued in New York State) verification form and
transcripts form. I checked the web site of "new york state board of nursing
" but I didn't see this kind of service they provide???
And also the transcript form, should I mail it to university's registrar to
fill it out?
It seems like there is no such specific service for international students

Transcript是需要学校registar office 寄出去的。一般是需要sealed,也就是一定得
是学校寄出去。这个和你是不是international student没有关系。你给他们提供需要
寄出的地址就好了，有的学校收费（几块），有的学校免费，你问问你们学校好了 |
