has anyone graduated from an online program and is practicing now? or is
there anyone also considering taking online program?
what do you think the major disadvantages? I am kind of concerned,
especially for me who didnt get BSN here in US.

发帖数: 1739 | 2 不同人不同看法，我上过ON－LINE的， 也上过ON CAMPUS 的， 个人比较喜欢ON－LINE
PROGRAM， 好处是比ON CAMPUS 省钱，不是一点两点的省，而且时间比较FLEXIABLE，
你可以去工作同时上学自己决定哪天需要学习了，那天可以多上一天班。至于说坏处，
就是自己找PRECEPTOR，我觉得还好，自己找的PRCEPTOR， 起码他们是对学生不会太差
，如果他们不喜欢你或不想教学生，就不会答应做你的PRECEPTOR，至于说要自己学，
其实对我更实用，因为好多老师上课信口开河，很长时间切不着正题，对于我们这些母
语不是英语的，根本抓不到重点，而他们还愿意考上课讲的，我们经常会MISS掉。还不
如ON－LINE，大家都自己看书，根本不存在上课MISS掉重点的问题。 |

我现在只拿了一门网上课，是基础理论课， 我觉得基础理论课， 不论网上的还是
campus的都无所谓， 就是知识点，记住就可以了。 可是临床的课， 网上的好像就没
有on campus的好， 毕竟护理还是个实践， 中国和美国的临床还是有很大差异。 on
campus虽然有时候老师会扯很远， 但对我们来说也是听力的锻炼， 还有就是network
building with classmates and instructors
我现在的课程，好像都没有考试， 就是每个周写作业， 学期末还有paper要写， 对写
作能力要求比较高。 对阅读也是个挑战，每个周都很多章节要读， 还有journal
paper， 尤其是paper, 我读得那个叫慢啊， 我基本上周末的一天什么都干不了， 就
看书写作业了, 而且还读不完， 有些章节就不看了， 觉得心里很虚， 担心自己是不
是miss掉了重要的知识点
网络课程确实很省钱，大概可以省一半吧
有没有别的姐妹， 现在拿网络课， 大家交流一下～～

了SKILL才学的，反而还碰到几个变态老师，那整个学期都比较郁闷。现在的NP，我ON
LINE 和ON CAMPUS 都上过，也没觉ON LINE 就什么都不行，NP 的课程关键在你的诊断
和治疗，操作不多的，除非你学麻醉什么的，恐怕麻醉也不可能ON－LINE 吧。ON－
LINE PROGRAM关键在你找的PRECEPTOR， 如果遇上好的，大胆让你做， 让你看，自己
写诊疗计划什么的，就和ON CAMPUS 没啥区别了。而且ON－LINE 也不绝对ON－LINE，
每学期一样要去学校几天CHECK UP 的 |

觉得自己拿的online的， 然后又没有在这儿上BSN, 所以老是担心以后误诊啊， 好多
临床的东西都没见过什么的

发帖数: 77 | 7 I just finished the on-line FNP program this May, and that worked out for me
pretty well. We did meet online every week for most of the classes and
listened to lots of archived lectures. The 500 hours of practium was
arranged by the school of nursing, and we got chance to choose sites close
to home. I graduated with BSN back in China, but I did work in hospitals
here in USA for 4 years before I started that program. Good luck. |

， 看到版上很多很励志的姐妹的经历， 希望自己也能像宝儿， ldong, wowo，
susufairy, etc.....一样
等我两年后完成了program， 也回来写写自己的故事。。。想想就有点儿轻飘飘了。。。
还有个问题， 不知道以后找工作的时候， 雇主会不会倾向于traditional NP program
? or it doesn't really matter to them?

offered on-line, either the state university or private colleges. All the
employers care are your degree and certification. |

发帖数: 352 | 11 Hi 我有ONLINE上过我的NP预备课，我觉得ONLINE不太适合我这种自觉性不高，英语水
平差一点的人。 我上的是统计学，上课的形式是阅读老师的材料（跟课本差不多）原
来以为ONLINE是可以看老师讲课的录像，我更习惯于听老师讲课，自学能力比较差。整
个学期下来，成绩很好的，老师也很NICE，但是觉得没有学到东西。可能是跟我的学习
习惯有关。ONLINE确实很省钱，但是对我来说没有省到时间，花很多时间看书，本来讲
课15分钟可以弄懂的东西结果看书要看几个小时。
最后还是选择ONCAMPUS上课，但是以后我英语提高了，不排除再去ON LINE上课。
不知道有没有学校可以提供录像教学的？我查的几个都不是的。 |

ones and went to their websites one by one and then compared their tuition,
locations and how long it takes
I think it is still a good idea to choose one that is not far from where you
live even though it is an online program since you still need to go to the
campus once or twice for some of your courses, like physical assessment

online，两地分居真苦。我以前读pre课程都是online的，很适合我。学习效率很高，
上课对我来说就是浪费时间，但好处就是和同学老师能搞好关系，练练口语和听力。 |

映上看效果还是比较好的。好处是你可以反复听录音。 |
