我朋友现在是OPT身份，正申请H1B，Nurse Practitioner，请问是否需要VisaScreen
Certificate？是否需要考英语像TOEFL什么的？
她的律师也不太肯定.律师的Email里说Nurse practitioner没有被列在需要VisaScreen
Certificate的list里,但是类似的专业都在其中：
