有一个问题请教有转执照经验的朋友：Do I have to include two checks: one to
NJBON and one to MorphoTrak in my package? and also the MorphoTrak
universal form? Package的checklist 上有这些items,可是我的理解是：
first you only need to send in your filled application form with a photo(
signature on the front), a check payable to NJBON, a front and back copy of
my green card. （今天我已经online付了 $30 for NURSYS to send my licence
verification directly to NJBON.）
Then, NJBON will send me a mail with MorphoTrak universal form for me to
fill out, with the number on it, only upon receiving that mail, can I
schedule an appointment with MorphTrak and pay the fingerprinting fee at
this point.
