Most Chinese groceries I've been to have the same problem.
Including those in Ohio, Colorado and California.
Ranch 99s in CA seems to be a little bit better than
other places.
So I usually buy meat stuff in American groceries like
Meijer/WalMart/Albertsons/Costco.
BTW, I had some bad experience with meat department of
Sam's Club. So I moved to Costco this year. | B********s 发帖数: 338 | 2
我是先用冷水把肉放进去,烧到有大量血末的时
候,在把水倒掉
en,
其实这个办法最好,美国的肉都是不放血的,所以在冷藏室放的时间长了也有味

Most grocery stores should have spare ribs and neck bones.
When I was at Columbus, I used to go to Meijer for both.
People there can even help you to cut ribs into smaller pieces.
But only before 9pm though. Otherwise their meat department
will close.
Now I found spare rib at Costco is really good. Only $2.99 per
pound. |
