1. 经济衰退，这个是主因。
2. 物价低廉，不能看绝对数，要看相对数，Cleveland的2万和纽约的2万能一样吗？
3. 周边Suburb房价太便宜，很多不错的区房子不到20万就能买到，只要有全职工作的
人都能到Suburb买房。Cleveland虽然穷，但是边上的Suburb不穷，有兴趣的人可以看
看Orange, Pepper Pike, Solon这片的收入中值。
4. 交通方便，基本不怎么堵车，开车30分钟的距离内一大堆好学区，而且房价不贵的
社区，不会有上班族为了方便工作在Cleveland将就。
5. 这个算的是Cleveland City,边上的Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights什么的都
不统计在内，Cleveland City估计是附近这片第二穷的city,East Cleveland当之无愧
的老大。
不过没有想到Miami那么穷，印象中还挺富裕的城市。 | K****u

nyc那么大，怎么比啊。
flushing附近的带小气窗的地下室一小间月租够在cleveland地区租1 br apt了吧。
基本的吃穿住行，cleveland的确非常便宜。

When someone went to those expensive subs like west bloomfield of detroit, L
adue of St. Louis, and Indian hills of cincinnati, they might have different
images.

that columbus actually have most subs in the city control.
they did that by cutting the water supply to the subs if they don't join the
city. Not a bad idea for a good city image.

估计nyc任何一个挂牌的糕点店都会比它强很多，害得我大老远
跑去，还不如长途跋涉从国外带了呢,呵呵。

Miami周围好象也没有像east cleveland这么差的地方.
rent是比cleveland贵多了.其它东西也贵.但FL没state tax.
