I am graduating this summer, and have a furnished studio to sublease from
August 1st to August 31st (the starting date can be flexible, but my lease
ends at 31st. You can talk to the landlord for longer renting). It's located
at 1615 N 4th St, near CABS bus stop (ER is running every 30 min during
summer) and only 15 minutes walk to main campus buildings. The rent is $445
including all utilities (the current rate is $485, and my rent is lower
because I have lived there for four years). The room is furnished, including
bed and mattress, two desks, dining table, and several chairs, and I also
have some furniture you can take for free. Off-street parking is available,
