2012年3月合同到期，可以续约；
租金+物业：目前310每月，包括水暖，只需要另外给电费和网费(一般约25每月)。
室友：非常干净整洁中国Phd男生；
要求：年龄最好在20-35之间，最好是OSU的学生，性别不限，但必须爱干净整洁，愿意
和我一起维护公共区域的卫生；

Location: Colony Square apartment http://www.colonysquareohio.com, 682 Riverview Drive, near the stop of COTA, so it is very convenient to go to campus.
Neighborhood: Kroger, biglots, Kohl’s and other shops.
Details: two-bedroom (you can check the floorplan on the website), we keep
it very very clear and neat (you can come to have a look). The one-year
contract will expire in March, 2012, and we can renew it after that.
Rent+Utility: current rent 310 per month. There is no other fee except
electric and internet (about 25 bucks per month).
Roommate: very neat Chinese PhD male student.
Requirement: you need to be very neat and like to maintain the public areas
clean and neat;
Expected time of move in: from middle of Feb. 2012 (negotiable).
