In case you have a basement, you may want to order a radon test as well. We
used Environmental Doctor Company for that.

发帖数: 170 | 4 Oops, did not notice that you are building a new house. In that case, you do
not need a house inspector like Gary Smith. Instead, you better hire a
registered architect to monitor the whole process for you. Make sure the
architect has insurance. I don't know any such people in Dayton, but you can
probably google it.
