This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apt is located on 8th floor with nice view. I am
looking for someone to take over the lease from June, 2014 to January, 2015.
You will have to pay $35 application fee to the leasing office (proof of
income and ID required).
$199 security deposit fee needs to be transferred to me as well.
I also have some basic furniture to sell (queen size platform bed, dining
table, sofa, office desk, tea table, tv stand, etc). Ideally, you can move
in without any furniture.
The rent is $671, including heat and utilities. Electricity and cable not
included.
The apt can be ready this Saturday (May 24).
