偶就说我9年都在OK。也是合法居留。NND
伊让我填一个form，复杂的不得了。刚才为了填表没有陪睡，老大哭得稀里哗啦的。:(
偶很愤愤地email给我们系的管招生的那个头儿，说我都付了9年OK州税了....

我今儿个一看bursar account，心想怎么一学期的学费都快2W了，难道贷款都不够用？
真是的。

我结婚，她当时已经付了9000的学费。。后来我写了一封信，bursar account直接变成
-5000。。

这种mistake根本就不该有，对我造成不小的困扰。他们应该赶紧给我修正然后赔礼道

赞你老婆学费便宜啊~！
我们学费是只有6K多，可是乱七八糟的fee一加起来就上5digts了。
付的偶得心都在滴血。。。

First of all, I don't understand why I got registered as a non-resident
student. I'd provided my addresses, working experiences and copy of green
card at the beginning of my application. I never thought I would be put
under this situation which makes me really stressful. I would assume it was
just a mistake because I am an US lawful residence since 200X and never
moved out of the state in past nine years. I paid Oklahoma state taxes every
year. I don't understand that why I have to fill the "petition form" with
the fact that I am a resident already.

Here is the reply:
Ms. XX,
I was able to look back over your records more closely, and I determined
that you will qualify for In-State Residency. I will have to notify the
Bursar and Financial Aid first before I can change your status in the system.
I apologize for any inconvenience.

Otherwise I have to fill that stupid form and provid my tuition statement
from TU, past five years working proof and lease from my previous apartment,
deed etc.
I just don't have time for all those!

started. I definitely can not afford the out-state fees. And if I really
need to pay an out-state rate, I would had applied somewhere else.
We have a heavy course load this semester. Plus I have family and two little
