Thhere are so diverse ways to stop him talking. You can pick him up to answer
your question, very seriously, like "Mr. XXX last name, ..."
or it's better to frighten him: "What's your name?

Ok! Mr. JOHNSON! Could YOU answer blabla?!"
Or simply
"Do you have a question? If you have, please talk to me."

"SH*T" so loudly that all other people were surprised. But you guess what,
that guy turned to be nicer and nicer later on. So nothing's serious. Don't
put the unhappy things on your mind.

I don't believe a ta could kick away a student. but your students and the ta
coordinator really have the power to kick the ta.
