nothing you can do bout it. unless u wanna spend a few thousand bucks to sue

"I am sorry I still dont have the money to pay for this. I hate to keep
putting it off, but I still want the coat."
Ft, what should I do?
maybe this guy wants a discount. But does ebay allow that after the auction
ended?
