更重要的是，被影响的队伍必须按照规则跑完全程
再看接力丢棒的规则。

实际跑的时候，美国第二棒扔了棒。就是她丢的棒，但是后来是第三棒跑回去捡的棒。
这是白纸黑字，美国队根本没有完成接力比赛。所以什么重赛，晋级都不成立。
