I will visit Portland tomorrow and need your recommandation for a good
Chinese restaurant or a good local restaurant.
I was in downtown Portland last year and noticed not many Chinese
restaurants in the Chinatown. Is there a second Chinatown in the city?

The BBS was shutdown to analyze possible disk issues, but I made a mistake
during the maintanence that partially corrupted it (a wrong command option
of 'badblocks').
Fortunately 3K has full backup for JHQ and user info, 3-month old mail, and
1-year old articles. I wrote a utility to recover about 400 thousand recent
articles by reading raw disk blocks.
The end result is that we lost about half of the art
