跟上了。你上youtube看看可以看到好多zumba的video。

instructor can come up with...
a few elements i can tell from the class i m taking include: latin, indian,
greek, african ...
that's why it is so fun when we taste different elements of music and
dancing moves...
but all in all, it is a work-out class..dancing is just a form of exercising
in this class..
Dora is right, no need for partner..so far i havnt found any male in the
classess, in youtube vedios, you can see many males are there..

敬仰大家都work out! 本人实在是没有恒心加毅力。前几天体检被医生说我的record
boring, 还说sth will come up sooner or later,建议我增加锻炼。 |

about him to see if it was me being over sensitive or him being not so
professional. then i decided not to - chances are i am not going to use
him anymore.
toward the end of our appointment, he was asking me if in asia where there's
a higher rate of stomach cancer (?) if i would need to do some test for my
stomach. I told him i never heard of this, i would do it only there's a
medical concern.
Conclusion: Doctor wants you to get sick.
