one more question, what if I spend more than what I have in the card?
say, first month I only had 200 deposited in the card(I guess the money in this debit card is from myself actually, right?), but I spend 2000 for something, can I still use the card to pay or can not?

FSA is the money you can put aside for medical use (starting from this year,
you cannot use it for OTC medicines without prescription). It has nothing
to do with your insurance plan.
HSA or HRA is the insurance plan, basically it is a high-deductible
insurance plan. More and more companies are moving towards these type of
insurance. You will have a separate HRA account. The company contributes
half, and you need to contribute the other half before the insurance starts
to pay you.
I think you can still have the FSA account when using the HRA plan. FSA can
be used to pay for copays, medications etc, which are not from your HRA
account.

，几乎不用交premium。
结果有一次半夜醒来发现发烧到39度多，因为就一个人在家，怕有什么问题就跑去看
urgent care，回来怕收到大
账单好好研究了一下HSA。
我们那时候的hsa可以同时有fsa，后来就不知道了。
不过反正从2014年开始，HSA和FSA里面都不能超过2500刀了。

注意到refinance前后的mortgage interest放在了两张1098上，只报了一小部分
mortgage interest，结果以为要补4000+的税，后来亏得我劳工发现了，现在file了
1040X，不知道啥时候能退钱回来。
