THE HOME
Lovely home located on 2/3 acre lot near Columbia Tech Center on the east
side. Surrounded
by large trees you’ll feel like you’re in the country, but its just a
short walk to the bus, two
supermarkets, twenty five restaurants, two fitness centers, several big box
stores, and virtually all
other goods and services known to man. A car is superfluous here unless it’
s necessary for work
or school – and if you have one, there is plenty of secure off-street
parking.
THE ROOM
Fully furnished including mini refrigerator, small microwave, bed, dresser,
chair, a desk or table,
TV with cable. Everything is included in your rent, i.e. electricity (we
have air conditioning),
water, garbage service, cable, long distance within the US, sheets, blankets
, towels, hand soap,
laundry soap, shampoo, light bulbs, toilet paper--- in short, just about
everything you’ll need
except food. (Wireless internet is in the house).
You’ll share a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room.
The house is designed for privacy. All the interior doors have locks. You
can get to your room
without walking through someone else’s space.
THE OWNERS
Mature Christian professional couple with no kids at home. I’m an ex-
teacher who has owned a
variety of businesses mostly involved with real estate and finance. My wife
was a professional
payroll contractor. We have both been involved with Christian ministries.
THE TENANTS
No smoke, drink, drugs, couples, kids, pets, felons. We’re picky. You’ll
have great housemates.
No age or gender restrictions.
