I know it is still early, but I'll be busy at work next week and not sure I'
d remember to post this. So, I thought I'd send my early Christmas
greetings.
It had been pretty tough for me. My little boy is healing from the car
accident and his collar bone is healed properly. My back is still sore but
it is healing too. Mom is doing OK, her Friday test showed she has 12%
kidney function. It is still below the 15% that we hope to reach some day,
so her doctor won't want her to get dialysis.
Winter is pretty busy at work, so I get really tired when I go home. But
there is not as much going on at home so it is not bad. I spend most of my
time driving the boy to and from school during the week, so household chores
and grocery shopping get pushed to weekends. There is not much time for a
lot of other things.
My boy is reading. His collection of books serve as a great new source for
his newly found love, reading. He gets into trouble at school as he is a
little bored. His preschool teachers said they will give him more things to
do at school in the new year, hopefully he will enjoy it more.
Thank you all for your love and care this year, it had been a true blessing
to know you all.
