发帖数: 1391 | 5 I did many years ago. You do not pay sales tax as an OR resident.
Dealer will give you a temporary license. They will mail you all documents
needed to register the car in OR.
Then you can go to DMV to register the car and get an OR license plate.
Dealers in portland are difficult to negotiate with. You can get a better
offer in small towns of WA.
