有人发邮件质疑说不让转让，我专门写信去说明了我们的情况，人家让我们转，这是回
信：
While we are not able to freeze your account, we would be more than happy to
transfer your membership to another family. To do so, we require that your
old cards be returned to our office (either by mail or at the main gate),
with a letter stating why and who you would like to transfer the membership
to. The membership will not be extended, so the new members will receive
coverage through December 31st, 2014.
