肉强了对膝盖的冲击会小很多,我注意的还有:
* do leg stretches before and after (Strengthening those quads by doing
squats and leg lifts will defintely help)
* use poles, poles reduce stress on the knee
* pay attention to my foot posture to hike/climb properly according to different
terrains.
* take joint care pill- Glucoseamine Sulfate/Chondroitin. It helps rebuild
cartilage(sometime forget it)
