本来计划这周应该一次跑坡,一次stair climbing,两次rock climbing,一次longrun
,一次interval,一次strengh. 结果时间没安排好。真是应了那句话,the later the
time in the day, the less likely you run...
下周再也不傍晚去河边跑步了,天气暖和了好多小虫子,飞到眼睛,鼻子和嘴里很不爽
。看来夏天来了还是要早上跑步。 |
