没有，其实是带的时间长了习惯了。登山时要面对严酷的大自然，体力精神智能要面对
严峻的考验，往往不得不放下假面，正视自己的内心世界。
所以说登山无复有省身克己之功，其它方面比如默契的同伴，壮美的风光，登顶的高潮
，劳其筋骨，苦其心志等等都只是登山的额外收获

加州没有讲 crevasse 的，上再多课都爬不了 Rainier。
WA 和 OR 的 mounteering club 的课程安排太长，不知道有没有一周左右的
速成 workshop。有合适的就飞过去上。
