时间：8月7日星期5到达盐湖城由我负责接机（旅馆最好都定在机场近）
8月8日星期6早上8点从盐湖城出发
8月8日星期6下午4点到达JACKSON CAMPING SITE，扎营于蛇河旁边
（晚餐未知，可以去附近买东西吃或者搞烧烤）
8月9日星期日早上6点（住帐篷保证6点自然醒）到中午11点恰饭，恰么家伙未知
，搞点紫燃羊肉，自由活动，到处走走）
8月9日星期日中午11点下水，漂流到下午6点为止。
8月10日星期一黄石一日游，晚上住旅馆。
8月11日星期二黄石二日游，下午开始开回盐湖城。
8月12日星期三离开盐湖城
需要的东东：蛇河漂流一天（星期日） (一首大艇可以坐9个人，小艇可以坐6个，我们
负责租艇，救生衣，船桨，帐篷，垫子，估计可以划LEVEL II 3个来回）

8月11日星期二上午6点返回盐湖城。下午后大家各自飞机离开
以上省出一天时间，先玩，再漂流。如果不想漂流的人，可以在黄石呆到当天傍晚，再
和大家一起帐篷住宿。 |

and hand stand. But it's interesting to explore the river and learn
together. There is very good white water resource in CO and UT. Don't waste it.

省了很多开车时间。出去玩，时间就是金钱。
非backcountry camping很安全的，熊不应该是问题。 |

movements. Basically, in flat water, just move the boat vertical and hold, with or without paddle. Your upper body is kind of parallel to water surface. Eventually, you want make vertical rotation of the boat with control.
I can only make the boat vertical with paddle, but I can't hold and rotate.

have a lot to learn.
People are doing these movements in flat water in order to prepare white
water freestyles. I hear that it's actually easier to do in white water, as
you can use the wave to help you a little bit.
There are 3 axes of a boat. Turn and roll control two axis. Making the boat
vertical is the movement on the third axis. Once you get all these axes
controlled, you can link them together to do some really cool

Now, I have a very simple problem that I can not keep my boat going straight
, someone said it's due to my
weakness of core strength. I'm working on that, and hope it could also
improve my other movements in
counterclockwisely. Probably I will not work on the third axes recently, but
I'd like to get into real water more
often. Yeah, It's really fun in the water.
