前言
很久没用中文写过文章了。如果写得不通顺，请多多包涵，并帮忙指出。
“虫”英文叫bug，即”lobster”的别名。据老美称龙虾张牙舞爪，长相丑陋，是以用
“虫”命名。
抄一段wiki：
“Lobsters are found in all the oceans of the world. They live on rocky,
sandy, or muddy bottoms from the shoreline to beyond the edge of the
continental shelf. They generally live singly in crevices or in burrows
under rocks.
They are invertebrates, with a hard protective exoskeleton. Like most
arthropods, lobsters must molt in order to grow, leaving them vulnerable

最重要的是许可证了：CA sport fishing license 和lobster report card。本地的潜
水店
或连锁的sport chalet 都可购买。在洛杉矶，这里有个链接供参考。

今年一共是$48。如果是坐船的话，许可证应带上船。如果是在海滩的话，许可证可留
在车里，以备检
查。
除了一般的潜水装备外，还要有lobster gauge和网。
lobster gauge用于衡量龙虾是否符合捕捉标准。注意不同州有不同的标准，应购买本
州的gauge。
gauge就是这个了。还有一种是可以装在电筒上的，个人比较喜欢这种。
网一般就像下图那样的。底部是网状的，供龙虾附着在上。图的另一面有 钩子，可附
着在BC
（Buoyancy Compensator，一种马甲穿在潜水服上，控制下潜和上浮）上。
手电筒：对捕捉昼伏夜出的龙虾，好的手电筒太重要了。白天，龙虾躲在岩石缝中，晚
上才从洞中出来
觅食。

如上文，加州整个海岸线都有龙虾出没。但具体的高产量的地点还得靠龙虾地图。龙虾
地图在本地的潜
水店或连锁的sport chalet 都有。下面是google book 搜到的一些地点。

如果是坐船出海的话，那就不用担心了。每个船长都有自己的秘密地点，他们会把船开
到龙虾多的地
方。龙虾多出现在岩石附近，如果是在海滩的话，龙虾地图不会给出岩石的具体方位。

经验？No.本人也只是个newbie。到目前为止只有4次捕虾经历，只能说说过程。
第一次（10月2日）：第一次夜晚潜水，我跟着instructor和一对couple来到Broad
Beach,
Malibu。由于10月3日才是本年度加州捕虾季的开始日，我们只能试着捕捉。结果“幸
运”的是，我
们连一个龙虾都没见到。

然后我们连夜赶到我们instructor的favorite， Nicholas Canyon, Malibu。在忍受了
3个
小时的寒风和背着沉重的装备走了半英里后，结果发现浪涌太大了，我被instructor以

第二次 （10月3日）：回到家，实在郁闷。本来我找好了菜谱，洗净了锅子，就等着大

自从3月份看到Sanny MM的帖子后

I could only see the distance of the flash light. So around 5 feet in my
case, if there was no kelps and no strong currents. |

you keep all the stuff with you.
In freediving case, I may need a float to hold the catch and gear. It is not
a problem in day time to allocate my yellow float but it could be hard to
see it at night so I need to figure out a way to see it or tie myself to the
float and drag it around.

I heard lobsters move to deeper water when it gets cold, beyond the working depth
of freediver.
