route is listed as one of the 50 Classic Climbs in North America. I am not a
big fan of 50cc, however, given the fantastic climb and stunning view, how
can I resist it?
Bad news came on Friday that overnight permits at Boston Basin were all gone
for Saturday and Sunday, we still planed to give a push. We brought bivy
gears (bivy sacks and light sleeping bags) in case we get stuck or need a

2. good rock, moderate difficulty
3. tremendous exposure for adrenaline seekers
4. it's a whole alpine package involving hiking, scrambling, bush wacking,
steep snow climbing, rock climbing, and down climbing. it's nothing you will
ever experience at a crag.

发帖数: 824 | 17 6 days, 6 peaks, 7 glaciers, class 3, 4, 5 scramble, rock solic/loose, snow
soft/hard, flat/steep, knife edge of snow, saddle rock move, all angle view
of Eldorado, full moon on top of Forbidden, I would say a truely spectacular
trip, love every bit of it.
