发帖数: 40 | 1 Seek medical treatment FIRST. I somewhat know that some hospitals CANNOT
refuse a patient because s/he does not have insurance coverage. Maybe the
private doctors have right(?) to decline patients in this situations, but for
large general hospitals (usually supported by the state, I guess), a patient
will be received disregard of his/her paying ability. Once the patient gets
treated, s/he can seek financial exemption using some programs for poor (low
income) people. In this country, do not delay |
