It usually takes 10 days for the SEVIS information to get through. So you
should wait 3 or 4 day later and call again. I got this information in the
Mexico consulate website.

Hi, your phone number is wrong!!! It should be 622 in stead of 662. Call
between 9pm-10pm mountain time.

Sending E-mail seems do not work anymore, call them.
