how many days should I start to apply for the H1B working for a non-profit
company before I can start working for them? Is there a restriction?
I'm holding H1B working for non-profit organizations....

the H-1B petition can be filed at any time as long as there are quota
available, but you need to wait until the beginning date on the H-1B
approval notice to start work.
