Prof. Xiang Zhang in Computer Science Department at Case Western Reserve
University is recruiting highly motivated and qualified Ph.D. students (2-3
openings). The research assistantships will be funded by National Science
Foundation (NSF). Prof. Zhang's research focuses on developing effective and
efficient data mining techniques for emerging real world applications. For
his research, he received a Best Student Paper award in ICDE 2008 and a Best
Research Paper award in SIGKDD 2008. His Ph.D. dissertation won an
honorable mention for the 2012 SIGKDD Dissertation Award. More information
