the review by engadget said the touch UI is horrible. is it that bad?

the Symbian UI is coherent and simple. Very
easy to use.
It can't compete with iphone, definitely.
Maybe not even android or Palm Pre OS.

I'm looking forward to V40 upgrade, which is said
to support (still partial) kinetic scrolling.
