the way an android is implemented is different among manufactures. the
implementation matters a lot. if you look at track record, samsung behold
II was a disaster, shitty custom UI, no 2.X upgrade...; Dell doesn't have
any track record, I would wait and see; The original Droid was a pretty
good implementation of android, and Moto has proved themselves.

but can I use it as a pda only? i heard vz has data only plan of $50/mo. i'
ll make calls through my att nokia phone.
it's mainly about battery. i'm lazy to charge the phone every day.

PDA, the implementation still matters.
battery life and big screen just don't get along well:)

big display, battery, mobility (carry one or two), the triangle, i'd rather
give up the last one.

feedbacks are fine.
however, from droid to droid x, it's like iphone3gs to 4, although the
existing generation is solid, the new generation could possibly have issues.
so streak is not necessarily more unreliable than droid x, how do u think?

their android. Droid has been great in this regard, first 2.0 device on
the market, quickly to 2.0.1, the first being upgraded to 2.1 after N1,
now 2.2 is coming. I know droid sports a stock android, which helps. but
droid x is lightly skinned so the update shouldn't be difficult.
samsung left a bad taste in this regard and lost my trust.
htc? just think how long it takes them to upgrade hero from 1.6 to 2.1.

perfect 16:9. i believe most users not intensively watching videos on it. it
should be more like a computer.

i think display size is like cup size. bigger is better, outlook can be

用了一些小技巧比如刷了fresh 0.5.3
用overclock widget在屏幕关闭的时候降频
