自己手机的3g如果能够做为wifi tethering，就免费啦。

at home so tethering is not attractive. if on the go, the smartphone
usually gets the job done and tethering may not be needed either.

If saving about $40 for internet service is not a big deal for someone, then
go for the high speed internet, like comcast.
