请问：
1。我对data plan的理解是否正确，即 - 我如果付$119一个手机，不拿rebate就可以
不要data plan？有经验的同学介绍下？

requires a Web service in order to access the Internet, e-mail,and more." My
way to interpolate is: If you do NOT want to access the internet, email and
more, you are NOT required to have a web service.

2+ years?) and they may waive shipping and upgrade fee.

cost is lower too if possible to get at $120. Extra phone can be sold on CL or ebay too. It is all about money. hehe.
$10 data looks good.

easier to upgrade phone in 6, 9 or 24 months :)
On Slickdeals.net, many people upgrade phones a few times during 2-year
contract. Keep me updated on what your findings pls.
