When I checked battery usage, it says "System Idle" took 60% of battery.
I didn't turn off HSPA+ signal. (Is it possible to turn off? Does it even matter?)
What could be wrong? Or do I get a lemon? |

Mine took 3+ hours from 10% -> 100%. The battery may be indeed bad.

Now 26minutes since unplugged, battery is already down to 90%.
"Phone idle" used 50% battery, while "Display" used 31%, "Cell standby" used
20%.
BTW, the phone feels pretty warm in my hand.
This is crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Son of a Bitxx!!!!!!!!!
Super frustrated!!!! Furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I do have much more respect for Apple. Atrix is nowhere near iPhone
hardware quality. (though I do like Android OS better).

Batter history => Other usage => Running is 100%.
Does this mean some processes kept my phone always busy???
Then I checked "partial wake usage", the top and only significant item is
called "Media"
Then I checked "CPU usage", the top and only significant item is "android.
process.media"
Any idea what is this?

The culprit is really an Atrix media process. (or maybe Android stock
process?)
The several movie files (mkv) I copied to the phone storage last night had
kept a system "media" process constantly awake and busy all the time,
draining battery fast. I guess it's because this process doesn't know how to
decode mkv movies but keeps trying. (That's why I had to downloaded "
RockPlayer" to play these movies)
After I removed all the movie files, my system is back to normal. Not sure
it's MOTO's bug or Android bug. This is unbelievable!!!

The culprit is not a third party player like QQ player or rockplayer.
It is really one of the Atrix media process.

20分钟, wifi上网，然后半夜被一个gmail吵醒，估计是gmail还是在sync，可是俺应该
关了呀，然后早晨起来电池用量基本没变，然后又上厕所上了一会儿网，装了几个程序
