is able to register to pbxes, but cannot make call since there is
no ring tone. no error, the program just keep showing "dialing..."

goddamn pbxes obviously disabled the GTALK trunk routing to/from GV
I tried to delete the GTALK trunk, cannot add it back again. :(
well, no more free lunch.
any other free SIP call setup on Android? thx.
