Tap Backup app -> Backup Now to backup your apps and data.
Tap Launcher\Settings\Device Info
Tap Reset Options\Erase Apps & Data.
This will perform a system restore. Once you loggin with the same webOS account, it will see your files and data got restored and the ill pirate app got deleted.
