1. 作为市场地位劣势的，必然得在价格上友好一点
各种要retention的offer能要到，就是因为这个。
2. 管理不善，漏洞太多。
第一条现在已经基本快没有了，发布iphone之前连做几个改变，在给bonus上已经很严
格了。为什么？一方面要节约成本，另一方面他觉得有了iphone他有底气，不怕人走。真要是sprint成为市场第一，他还能这么厚道？
这应该是很简单的道理，公司都是一样的，根本没有什么厚道不厚道。
第二条还是问题很大，真正的漏洞根本不是几个人去要点perks这种，是开发系统的人
，customer service一起勾结，大规模挖墙角，那才叫触目惊心。
以前网上有个blog，是NY的犹太人手机店如何利用sprint漏洞的，那个很牛的。

基本上就是给sprint开发系统的人留下漏洞，能产生各种code，clone plan，尤其是一
些特殊的unlimited plan，然后大量交给犹太人手机店卖出去，这些手机店就卖看起来
特别便宜的plan，unlimited，但是要你一次花几百买一年之类。
如果这种plan被sprint查到，发信封掉之后，再给retention的客服内线打电话，重新
生成出来，因为retention也能借此拿到commission。
sprint内部audition的人查也没用，好不容易查出来，扭头就重新生成。各种后门code
补了之后立刻就有新的出来。
前阵子还有人贴过ebay上一个人转sero的，每个sero卖100，转了60多个，你说这是什
么来历，应该也是clone出来的，根本就是假身份的

The nine former employees of Sprint had cloned customer cell phone numbers
to make $15 million worth of calls, according to federal authorities.
The alleged fraudsters, located in the Bronx, New Jersey and Tampa, are
accused of illegally accessing customer accounts more than 16,000 times from
January to June of this year, according to a criminal complaint.
The plan got disconnected when customers complained about being billed for
calls they didn't make -- many of those to numbers overseas, officials said.
Sprint has credited these defrauded customers, authorities said. |

NY的犹太人给local的人卖便宜plan，order新手机，然后替换成二手的给用户，新手机
拿去卖钱。
直接order一堆手机到假地址，然后包裹就不见了，应该也和UPS的driver勾结。
弄一个recycle旧手机的non profit机构，实际回收了之后卖出去。

The owner of a chain of cell-phone stores in Brooklyn admitted he illegally
made $2 million through two schemes, using credit and other information
provided by customers.
According to an investigation by the Secret Service and State and New York
City police, the schemes depended on Vaknin’s having credit and cell-phone
information and Social Security numbers of customers, plus a subcontract to
sell T-Mobile phones and services.
In one of the schemes, Vaknin defrauded 900 customers by having associates
use the customers’ credit and other information to purchase 1,940 T-Mobile
cell phones. Vaknin then sold the phones in his stores, officials said. In
the second scheme, Vaknin gained illegal commissions and bonuses from T-
Mobile by falsely reporting that the customers had requested service
upgrades, service plans or contract renewals, officials said. T-Mobile has
canceled the charges made to the victims’ accounts, officials said.
In addition, Vaknin has agreed to forfeit to the federal government an
apartment in the South Beach section of Miami worth $500,000 and a Hummer H2
worth $70,000, officials said. |

A Brooklyn cellphone-fraud ring that got the confidential records of
thousands of AT&T and T-Mobile customers was busted yesterday for allegedly
swiping $22 million in wireless devices, authorities said.
The crafty thieves -- including a cellphone-store owner in Brooklyn -- were
charged with illegally obtaining dealers' special access codes to grab
customers' names, addresses and other personal information between 2005 and
2009, sources said.
Ring members then allegedly posed as the customers to call in orders for
additional lines and to request replacement equipment, according to an
indictment unsealed in Brooklyn federal court.
In some instances, the eight-member ring paid off FedEx and DHL deliverers
to divert equipment packages and scan them as having been delivered to
correct addresses. Other phones were shipped by UPS to addresses associated
with the ring, court papers said.
