1) Prepaid phone + fixed data package
2) Prepaid phone + flexible data package (ex: if no 3g data usage at all
today, no any charge. Otherwise, charge based on usage. This is good if you
have wifi most of the time, and use 3g data only for emergency).
Do anyone have any recommendations on such packages?
Another question: if I pick option 2, how can I turn off 3G data usage but
keep 3G phone usage?

Phone 1. Monthly 4 g ($30/month, 2GB data + 100 min air time, $0.1/per min
after that). Or unlimited prepaid monthly plan ($60/month, 2 GB data,
unlimited air time).
Phone 2. 1500 min prepaid ($30/month, 100 MB data + 1500 min air time).

use gv, so keeping phone num is not a problem.

if it is not always compatible, can nexus s go to tm plan? (I know it works
for att).

发帖数: 387 | 16 TM prepaid means no contract month by month. It can be either by the minutes
or fixed cost. For phone1, you can by a prepaid sim from amazon or ebay and
active it online at TM website. TM desk may not have that option.

nexus s unlocked不一定能在tmo 3g。你要确认一下你手机3G的频率。30刀的plan没有
deal，可以直接网上买。
prepaid都是这样的，费率固定。不知道你说的varying cost是什么？是指晚上7点以后
免费吗？

works for att).
不能保证。解锁后电话能打，3G要看频率。 |
