. The Voogle version for TP is created by the same author. You can contact
the author directly if you have any questions for this app.
Aside from Voogle and GVoice, you can use built-in Skype to make calls.

If you want to make a Google Voice call from your PC (not just TP), you need to supply a home phone or cell phone number to Google Voice as well, then Google Voice
will connect to your cell phone or home phone. You talk over your home phone or cell phone using Google Voice's minutes.
Skype is the real Voice over IP phone without this restriction. Skype to Skype call is free. Google Voice domestic call is free. All else need to pay Skype/Google dialing fee.

任何call从cell phone 出去 当然算 cell phone airtime minutes.

t need a phone number for skype call, just talk over TP's microphone. But
it charges Skype minutes.
Check out Skype site for the rates on the areas you want to dial.
